Office of the Auditor General of the Union hosted 3rd field workshop of Long Term ASEANSAI Programme on International Standards of Supreme Audit Institution Implementation (LTAPII) - Phase 2 which is conducted by SAI Philippines as Project Leader and SAI Malaysia as Sub Project Leader. Preparatory meeting related to that workshop was held from 11.12.2017 to 12.12.2017 and field workshop was held from 13.12.2017 to 15.12.2017 at Park Royal Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from KPMG Advisory (Myanmar) Ltd led by Mr.Winid Silamongkol, CEO, KPMG in Thailand, Lao and Myanmar, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 AM on 30th January, 2018.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from EU/GOPA, led by Mr. Manzoor Alam, Team Leader, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m on 17th January, 2018.
2. In this meeting, they discussed the ongoing schedules by the recommendations based on the findings regarding the Human Resources, Independence, Mandate & Legislation of OAG studied by EU Experts to be in line with International Standards and Practices.

U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Dr. Mark Campbell, Director of ICAEW International Capacity Building and U Wan Tin, Chairman of Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountant (MICPA), at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 A.M on 5th December, 2017.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Ee Hock Kim Gerald, President of ISCA and U Wan Tin, Chairman of MICPA at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 3:20 P.M on 28th November, 2017.
2. In this meeting, they discussed the matters of ongoing activities for the accountancy professions and the future collaboration between MICPA and ISCA.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from European Union (EU), lead by Dr. Johan Hesse, Head of Cooperation, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m on 16th November, 2017.
2. In this meeting, they discussed regarding the study report of Human Resource prepared by Mr. Ray Watkin and study report of Legal Framework of OAG prepared by Mr. Anders, and the EU assistance to OAG in the future.
